Shipping & delivery
- We deliver across India. Orders are placed through our website and confirmed personally on WhatsApp.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Orders above ₹999 ship free.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- You'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Because our products are food items, we can't accept returns of opened packs. We will replace or refund your order if:
- the product arrives damaged, tampered with or spoiled;
- you received the wrong product or pack size; or
- items are missing from your order.
Please message us on WhatsApp at +91 93567 88795 within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (or by UPI for cash-on-delivery orders) within 5–7 working days.

- What we collect: When you order or contact us, you share your name, phone number and delivery address with us via WhatsApp or email. We use it only to process and deliver your order and to reply to you.
- On this website: Your cart and delivery details are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you don't need to retype them. They aren't sent to our servers.
- Sharing: We share your delivery details only with our courier partners to deliver your order. We never sell your data.
- Your choices: You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to asmnaturefreshbasketllp@gmail.com.

- Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. Prices and availability may change without notice. Your order is final only once we confirm it on WhatsApp.
